Mod Kitchen Dining Area

Organic looking pendants and translucent dining chairs soften a linear space.

"San Francisco–based Feldman Architects added a kitchen-study to the rear of a historic 1860s cottage in San Francisco's Bernal Heights neighborhood," explains Julie Carlson of Remodelista . "The architects managed to create a light, airy modernist space that retains the rustic charm of the original cottage; we find the mix of reclaimed wood and stone mixed with clean glass and metal particularly appealing."
