Panton Chair

Flowing seductive lines replace traditional chair legs.

Designed by Dutch designer Verner Panton in 1959, the curvy Panton chair is now manufactured by Vitra. Its cantilevered design, made of a single material and piece of injection-moulded plastic, is a visually arresting object that blurs the lines between sculpture and a functional piece of furniture.
