Designer Karim Rashid transformed Mozzart, a betting and gambling mecca in Serbia, into a kaleidoscopic escape. This matrix, floor-to-ceiling pattern mirrors the energy and excitement of gambling. "I had to strategize on how to best design these narrow areas and low ceilings," he explains. Recessed lighting and built-in display shelves save space, for example, while bold pattern distracts from the small size of the room.
