Eclectic Home Office
Pair old and new furniture pieces for a unique look.
Stéphanie Hovington of Rigaud, Quebec carved out this workspace in her living room so that it wouldn't feel stuffy or formal. "I work in education, so I spend my evenings reading, writing and grading papers," she says. "I didn't want to feel like I was in an office, so I set up this desk in the brightest area of the room. Now, working from home is almost delightful!" Stéphanie chose a vintage flea-market chair to accompany her new DeBoer's desk, to take away from the "catalogue" feel of all-new furniture pieces.
