Eclectic Istanbul Apartment
A mix of furniture styles, from an iconic Eames lounger to a classic tufted sofa, gives this apartment a lived-in vibe.
"The idea of ‘elegant decay’ can get unattractive very quickly unless it’s done with a light hand," explains Williams. "Here, in this fantastic turn-of-the-century apartment in Istanbul, there’s just enough mottled and aged plaster walls to be interesting against the eclectic mix of furnishings. The interior was designed by a fave firm of mine called Autoban. They've worked on some really interesting projects that always marry old and new really well."
