The owner and visionary behind this eclectic home is Betsy Aziz, a lawyer who recently became certified as a Master Food Preserver. When Betsy and her husband Andrew decided to build their dream home, they looked for a builder and designer who would understand their unique style: a combination of their appreciation for exotic travel and contemporary architecture. They hired Toronto architect Richard Wengle and interior designer Connie Braemer who gave them a 4,300 square-foot home that puts a contemporary spin on a traditional home. In this gallery, see how a mix of decorating styles makes this home au courant.
