This colour gets its name from white soiled by the trimming of lamp wicks.
Lamp Room Gray by Farrow & Ball is Joel Bray's all-time favourite colour. "It's a cool grey with lots of green undertones, but I'd still consider it a true grey, not a "green-grey." It's striking as a wall colour and trim colour."
