"I designed Jean-Georges' Market to emulate the experience of stepping into the chic kitchen of a friend's house," Rashid says. The two-storey restaurant is sparse and neutral compared to Rashid's other projects, but stands out because of its organic and natural style — echoing the simplicity of Jean-Georges' dishes.
