Mazen El-Abdallah's Living Room
The Toronto designer's art-filled space.
"I think a big part of my love for all-white walls stems from my love for collecting and displaying art," explains Sharalee. "In addition to creating a dramatic effect by sheer size, each piece El-Abdallah displayed here is offset by the ones that surround it — you could spend hours lingering over the details of each one!" Ceiling-height drapes make the walls seem even higher, and really draw attention to the height of the gallery wall as well. Simple, mid-century modern furnishings let the art take centre stage.
