Customized Home Office Accessories
Personalize store-bought magazine holders and document boxes with pretty ribbon.
Arrange magazines by year or title, then tie 1⁄4"-wide ribbon to labelled office-supply tags and, using a hot glue gun, secure the opposite end of the ribbon to the upper inside back panel of the file box. As a finishing touch, attach 1"-wide ribbon along the bottom, concealing the cut ribbon edges at the back or side (depending on where the file box will sit). Decorate document boxes by trimming the lip of the lid with 1⁄2"-wide ribbon. Glue handsome metal card frames on the front to hold organizing labels and elevate the overall look.
