DIY Spiral Rope Trivets
Simple twine and pale jute bring a fresh rusticism to table decor when spiralled atop cork trivets.
This easy project requires only a glue gun, a few spools of rope and trivets found at a dollar store. For a seamless spiral, begin by wrapping the rope around the outer edge of the trivet and continue winding inward, securing the rope firmly with beads of hot glue. Snip the excess rope once you've reached the centre.
