Two sconces provide flattering light.
House & Home senior design editor Cameron MacNeil balanced a family’s practical needs with their desire for a dreamy guest retreat when he designed this polished space starring a lighthearted botanical-print wallpaper. Limestone flooring provides a durable foundation beneath an espresso-stained vanity packed with storage. The limestone countertop was an affordable remnant; a five-inch backsplash protects the walls and gives the single slab more visual heft. A chrome faucet and sconces read as neutrals next to the standout mirror with a patinated, tiled frame.
