Function meets comfort in this historical design.
Until the 17th century when furniture makers started upholstering them, a chair was either a throne or a simple utilitarian design with a straight wood back. A club chair is typically characterized by a low back and arms, it can be leather or fabric upholstery, overstuffed or streamlined in its shape. This vintage version is done in a classic blue ticking stripe, a nod to modern country style.
