A rich and romantic flocked velvet pattern warms up a sitting room.
Designer and cookbook author Sophie Conran's inspiration for this wallcovering came from childhood holidays in the majestic chateaus of France. "The faded glory of the décor was the starting point and then, Arthouse and I found ourselves crafting something more eclectic," she explains. In this living room, the rich and sumptuous colour creates a beautiful backdrop for a chandelier and gilt demi-lune table.
