Vintage-Chic Sunroom

A chinoiserie thrift-store chaise, drum stool and patterned cushions evoke a air of genteel splendour.

H&H style editor Michael Penney chose vinyl for the chaise upholstery so that it could also be used outdoors. A new shade reinvented the $6 secondhand lamp.

See more photos of Michael's former apartment and a tour in our gallery and video. Plus, see tours of his new house, too!
