Ceviche Recipes

Have you always wanted to visit South America? Instead, skip the long flight and serve up one of these ceviche dishes at a cocktail party or South American-inspired dinner party. Ceviche is a seafood dish popular in Peru and Chile. It’s typically made from fresh raw fish cured in citrus juices and spiced with chili peppers. Ceviche can be served as a dip with tortilla chips or in individual portions with slices of your favourite citrus fruit as garnish. Here, find a Mexican version with scallops and white fish, a Cuban version with salmon, and two other citrus-based recipes.
