Veteran of The Food Network’s Chopped and Throwdown with Bobby Flay, Einat Admony is chef-owner of three New York City restaurants. Her new cookbook, Balaboosta (2013, Artisan Books), is Yiddish for “perfect housewife.” In this book, Admony augments recipes with gutsy work-life balance stories as a renowned chef and happily married mother of two.
