Global dishes from the Napa Valley chef.
Chef Cindy Pawlcyn is known in California for her gift with ethnic cuisines and her trio of restaurants, Mustards Grill, Cindy's Backstreet Kitchen and Brassica. Now, her newest cookbook, Cindy's Supper Club (2012 Ten Speed Press), is making waves on the west coast and beyond. A collection of 125 chef-worthy global dishes presented in international dinner menus, the recipes are drawn from Cindy's own informal gatherings. Try her Lebanese walnuts and olives, French quail salad and Irish scallops (pictured above).
