Eastern Canada chef, cookbook author, and Food Network host Laura Calder has published her third cookbook, Dinner Chez Moi (2011 Harper Collins Canada). After spending more than a decade in France, and studying in Montreal, Vancouver and England, Calder has made her mark as one of Canada's favourite French chefs. Different from her French-inspired cookbooks, Dinner Chez Moi is a menu-based, seasonal cookbook offering variations and mix-and-match options to inspire busy cooks with easy meal ideas. Serve her traditional Scotch eggs at a weekend brunch, a simple pasta mid-week, or her walnut squares over the holiday season.
