After 20 years of travelling throughout Mexico, chef Ivy Stark became enchanted by the colourful and delicious native foods and was determined to bring them back to the U.S. As executive chef at New York restaurant Dos Caminos, Stark hits the mark with her casual Mexican fare. She recently published a cookbook of their most popular dishes, Dos Caminos' Mexican Street Food (2011 Skyhorse Publishing).
