Try one of these delicious dishes packed with fresh, seasonal ingredients, readily available in Canada, too. Serve up a beet salad (pictured above) with a tomato-topped galette in mid-summer when beets and tomatoes are at their peak. Or try the mango curry fish or beef grillades in fall and winter.
