Ingredients:
4 oz. beef tenderloin, cut in cubes and chilled
2 tsp minced cornichons
Olive oil, Worcestershire, Dijon, salt and pepper to taste
Curly parsley sprig for garnish
Instructions:
Step 1: Mince beef, cornichons and seasonings well or blitz in a food processor. Spoon onto plain (lightly salted) ruffled potato chips. Garnish with curly parsley sprig.
