A classic dressing for tossing with your favourite salad greens or to use as a dip for crudités.
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese, divided in half
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 small clove fresh garlic, finely minced
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Freshly ground black pepper
Step 1: In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, 1/4 cup blue cheese, sour cream, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic and mustard until smooth.
Step 2: Add remaining 1/4 cup blue cheese and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving. Dressing can be kept covered and chilled for up to 7 days.
