
Try this hot, soothing version of the mojito.
6 sprigs of fresh mint
2 tbsp simple syrup
2 lime wedges
6 oz. hot green tea
1-1/2 - 2 oz. dry white rum
1 tbsp honey
Step 1: In a mug, muddle mint in simple syrup with lime wedge. Add juice from the other lime wedge and white rum.
Step 2: Pour hot green tea on top. Sweeten to taste with honey.
