A simple yet delicious side dish to include with your next barbecue meal.
1-1/2 lb. fresh asparagus, trimmed and peeled
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Step 1: Preheat barbecue to medium-high heat.
Step 2: Place asparagus on a plate or sided baking dish. Add olive oil and salt and gently toss until asparagus is thoroughy coated.
Step 3: Grill asparagus for about 5 minutes or until crisp-tender, turning frequently. Transfer to platter, garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
