1/2 cup pine nuts
2 tbsp honey
Step 1: Combine pine nuts with honey in a small pot over medium-high heat. Cook until nuts are golden, about 3-5 minutes.
Step 2: Spread out on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Cool.
Step 3: Break into clusters. Use as a garnish for an arugula and endive salad with crumbled blue cheese.
