
A fruity Japanese cocktail with raspberries and lichees.
Yield:
1 serving Ingredients:
4 fresh raspberries, cleaned and rinsed
2 whole lichees
1/4 oz. umeshu
2-1/2 oz. mugi jochu
Fresh rosemary for garnish
Instructions:
Step 1: Muddle raspberries and lichees with umeshu.
Step 2: Add shochu and mix with ice. Strain the mixture through a tea strainer into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with rosemary.
