Precooked ham makes an easy Easter dish — just coat in Dijon, maple syrup and chilis, then reheat before serving to guests.
1 6-8 lb. fully cooked, bone-in ham
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp hot chili flakes
Step 1: Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a large roasting pan with foil (for easier clean-up), then place ham on a rack in the pan. Cook 90 minutes.
Step 2: Meanwhile, stir together mustard, maple syrup and chili flakes. Brush all over ham, then return ham to oven for 30 minutes more or until internal temperature is 160°F.
Step 3: Remove from oven, tent loosely with foil and let rest 20 minutes before carving.
