Nutty Peach Freeze Recipe

Recipe:

Step 1: In a blender, grind the walnuts or almonds. Add the liqueur, cognac and peaches and blend on medium to high speed. Add the ice cream and mix until smooth and frothy but still thick.

Step 2: Pour into two tall chilled glasses and garnish with chocolate shavings. Arrange 1 peach slice on the edge of each glass and serve immediately.

Ingredients

1/4 cup lightly toasted walnuts or almonds
2 oz. hazelnut flavoured liqueur
2 oz. cognac or brandy
2 cups sliced fresh peaches, plus 2 slices reserved for garnish
2 cups vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
2 tbsp bittersweet chocolate shavings
