A sweet Christmas morning smoothie.

Yield: 
1 serving
Ingredients: 

1-1/2 cups (12 oz.) Chocolate Almond Breeze almond milk
1/8 tsp peppermint extract
1-1/2 cups lactose-free, vanilla ice cream or soy ice cream
2 tbsp chocolate-flavoured ice cream topping

Instructions: 

Step 1: Blend almond milk, extract and ice cream until smooth. Drizzle 1 tbsp chocolate on inside of glass; pour in smoothie. Swirl additional chocolate topping on top, if desired.
