Frozen mini quiches
Step 1: Heat mini quiches according to directions on the package.
Step 2: Slice salmon into 3" x 3" squares, then slice each square in half to form two triangles. Twist a triangle of salmon and place on top of a cooked quiche. Repeat with remaining quiches and arrange on an olive tray or serving platter.
