Yield:
4 servings Ingredients:
3 to 4 medium-sized sweet potatoes, peeled and cut lengthwise into 1/2" sticks
2 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning salt to taste
Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F. Line 2 cookie sheets with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
Step 2: Divide potatoes between cookie sheets and toss each batch with 1 tbsp olive oil. Sprinkle with seasoning salt. Bake in preheated oven for 35-45 minutes, or until golden brown, tossing midway.
