1-1/2 cups sour cream
1-1/2 cups whipping cream
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 tbsp white rum
Step 1: In a large jar, mix together sour cream and whipping cream. Seal and let stand at room temperature for 12 hours. After that time, stir jar contents again and chill until serving time. (If you don't have a jar large enough, use a covered container but make sure it has an airtight seal.)
Step 2: At serving time, stir in sugar and rum. Using a spoon, drop about 1/3 cup into each of the six goblets.
