
Jamie Kennedy, chef at Toronto's Gardiner Café and Gilead Café, serves this delicious drink in champagne flutes. Serve these at a seasonal soirée or holiday party.
4 tbsp cherry juice concentrate
3 tbsp simple syrup
2 tbsp vodka
White sparkling wine (enough to partially fill four champagne flutes)
Step 1: Mix cherry juice, simple syrup and vokda.
Step 2: Pour white sparkling wine into 4 champagne flutes.
Step 3: Gently pour in 2 tbsp of tart cherry mixture into each glass. Serve.
