This exotic martini makes for a memorable signature drink at a Christmas or New Year's party.
1-1/2 oz. Iceberg Vodka
1/2 oz. Malibu Coconut Rum
1/2 oz. banana liqueur
1 pineapple spear (optional)
Step 1: Blend all ingredients with 1 cup of crushed ice.
Step 2: Pour into chilled martini glasses.
Step 3: Garnish with pineapple spear if desired.
