Well, my hard work for the past 2 months really payoff last night. Have 11 offers on the house. House was sold for 4% over asking. House on the market for 6 days. Staging the house really made a big different. All the people who viewed the house love it. I repainted the whole house inside and out. Staged all the rooms. Here are some photos; too bad I forgot to take some before photos.

jem007, I did ask myself if it was worth it, the answer is yes and no. Yes, since I believe painting the whole house brought in an extra $15-20k, help sell the house so quickly (the 1st viewer on the 1st day already wanted to buy the house). No, it was way too much work to paint the whole house (2300 sq. ft.).
oreokitty, the white TV stand is a 15 year old custom build (light birch) wood piece that I painted in white high gloss and added Ikea stainless steele handles to make it more modern.
