I am looking for some advise where to show by art, besides on the net.
anybody know a cafe or place to hang art for display in the Vancouver/Lower Mainland area?
I am also looking for registered Charities to donate my art work to, e.g. silent auctions etc.

You may try small restaurants that offer gourmet food, or showing at a city park may work however you will have to find out if that's possible in your jurisdiction.
As for charities, it all depends on the nature of your works, if it's nature /wildlife then Ducks Unlimited is a good idea. They work towards conserving wetlands for future generations. As for other charities, someone at a library or in teh community may be able to steer you towards some that can work.
