DH is off hunting again tomorrow so I am free to go to CT and find some of these kits. You think here we could move the plant outside in the spring so that would be a bonus.
If you buy the kits that are available at Loblaws, Canadian Tire, etc. they have everything you need including the pot. They are spectacular looking. I did a Christmas arrangement for the reception area at the office I worked at one year and I used 3 bulbs in a rectangular container and it was gorgeous.
Being on Vancouver Island, I would think you could plant yours outside in the Spring and you might even be able to get it to rebloom again if you bring it in again next Fall.
i haven't got one yet..but yes they are that easy...so are the paperwhites that you can get too...i love both of them....my mother can keep poinsettas going for months after xmas...it sickens me... :) ...lol
