Once again I must appeal to all the experts on the forum to find out the identity of this plant/flower.
I think I planted this last season and I just love the blue colour but don't know what it is. Anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks,
K

I did not know it came in blue as I have seen it in orange. I wonder what zone it will grow in ? They would be so pretty together.
to everyone for their replies. It does look like a Blue Pimpernel. Hopefully it will keep coming back because I just love it.
Lisi, thanks for the awesome compliment. I also think Smoodgie takes wonderful pictures and am flattered that you put my picture taking skills in the same class as hers. :)
Cheers,
K
This looks like a plant (tender perennial) that I started from seed this year called anagallis or "blue pimpernel". It is said to self-seed in colder zones but I can't confirm that.
What a splendid flower! Smoodgie and you just take awesome pics . I didn't recognize your flower but think journeys has it right when I searched Anagallis monellii and it looked like yours.
Looks like Anagallis monellii also known as Blue Pmpernel which is a tender perennial and hardy to zones 9 to 11, but will self seeds from year to year.
Can you tell us the height of it and maybe a photo of the whole plant pls. The maybe some one here can help with more info. It is a beautifu colour. Is it sun or shade etc if you remember.
