I get real enthused in the spring...
I love gardening... until about June 30th, and then the gardening goes downhill. It is a challenge up here. We live on a lake near Parry Sound. The growing season is long enough, but will all the natural bush around, weeding is a nightmare, and we would never use chemicals here. I've been trying to incorporate native species into the rocks to create a garden that looks like it was designed by God. I usually get frustrated, give up, and go for a boat ride.
Any tips from cottagers?
