With both kids at school on some days, I find myself immersed in trying to keep my fish alive in the online game Fish Tycoon.
I know, there must be something better to do than watching fish swimming around...and in my case dying...but I am taking this quiet time to do [I]nothing[/I], sweet b#gger-all after six years of constant running around. My mind needs a rest. So watching fish is what I am doing this week.
So anyone manage to get their fish to survive long enough to sell them and progress to the next stage? :laugh:

Well, the amount of money I have made on these games, I wish it was real! My dh asked me 'how much did you make today?' I say proudly $1000. I so wish it [I]was[/I] real money! I need to get a life..... :biglol: or a job.... :biglol:
No fish here just poker I love Poker Stars good thing it is just play money.
haven't played that one...but there's a Mustang website/forum that i'm a member of that has an arcade...i usually play the slot machine...:D

I have a mac, so the games I have to search for are limited. But if you have a PC, then there are tons of choices. Just google 'free online fish tycoon games', or something similar. Free is important! You might have to download the games too, but for free.

Look for 'stratedgy' if you want Tycoon type games. I also played the restaurant one, a lot of fun, but it has a trial time limit of 60min, then you have to buy the game. You can stop the game and come back later during this time frame though.

My kids play roller coaster tycoon...not sure if that is a similar take off ....but they have to build their theme park....watch their prices they charge, head counts of people, make sure there are enough concession stands, check for line ups...fix broken roller coasters...etc....I think it is very educational ...the kids learn to manage " a park"..and how to design........so I don't mind them playing it......I think my oldest will be an architect or engineer....he loves designing .....in fact he gave us an amazing idea and design layout in our new house for our master bathroom....and we will probably go with his idea....he is only turning 12......imagine what he will come up with when he is 22................. :D
