thanks mira...i didn't know that you could freeze just about anything....yeah now the fun begins....lots of baking.....LOL
I've made cheesecakes that took only one brick of creamcheese and had 3 cups of sour cream in it. They tasted wonderful but they didn't freeze well and it ruined the texture (they still tasted good though). How do yours do in the freezer?
p.s. mine were only frozen for a week, so it's not like they suffered a horrible freezer burned death

i made the one that is on the inside of the Philly Cream Cheese package...took 3 blocks of cream cheese....i haven't frozen it tho'...don't think it will be around long enough to freeze :D ...after i cut each slice i drizzle caramel (the kind you put on ice cream)...ohhhhhh yummy...LOL
jenjen ...any baked goods can be frozen..even cheesecake...i used to work at safeway bakery...and most of the items that are sold in the baking section came in premade and frozen....the only thing that wont freeze well is whipped icing and fresh fruit cakes
hey jenjen... what kind of cheesecake did you make? How much creamcheese is your recipe?
