It looks great. I really like Jennifer Lo on Cityline. I didn't get yellow tomatoes, I just had red, but I'm sure it'll be good.

I do not have that recipw but what I do is this:
slice tomatoes about 1/4" - 1/3" thick. Lay on an olive oiled baking sheet with minced galic and basil, salt & pepper.
Bake at 250* until chewy.....cut up and use on pastsa. I do not know how long as it depends on the tomato and thinkness. I just take one out and test it.
Very good on pasta.
