BBQ cheese bread

I wanted to share this great recipe for Cheese Bread with all of you...
Take italian bread or country bread, and cut slices in it, not cutting all the way thru. In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, olive oil, and fresh basil, salt and pepper. Place the bread on aluminium foil and generously baste the bread with this oil mixture. Then place slices of tomatoes and mozzarella cheese in between the layers of the bread. Wrap in foil and place on the BBQ or in an oven and bake until the cheese is melted and slightly golden. This is a great idea as a side dish or as an appeteizer -so easy and the guests are always impressed!

for sharing that fendi, it sounds scrumptious! btw I love bbq'd bread...just gives it a nice crunch and smoky flavour that you can't duplicate in the oven!
