Okay, now I suspect something is really up. I've found bees in the house other years and just figured they came in when I wasn't looking and let the dog out, but today I have mashed 3 in the last hour. I don't see any way for them to be from coming in the door or the windows (all screened tight) especially today since the door hasn't even been open more than a couple of quick times.
LUckily they have been pretty slow (so I could get them, actually even stepped on one it was so slow) but they are big fluffy ones and I'm thinking they must be coming from somewhere in the attic or be in the main part of the house somewhere (again, where could they be if they have a hive?).
Does anyone have any ideas of what I can do? I can't figure out where they might be coming in even if they are in the attic (since the house is pretty well sealed to keep the mice out the rest of the year).
