Benjamin Moore Neutral Beige or Cream with White's picture

We will soon be installing porcelain tile in most of the first floor of our home. The tile & color is called Bellagio Noce. It is a gorgeous light to medium taupey beige. No pink whatsoever, but not grey either. The tile color is very neutral and the style is dressy...polished, swirls and veins etc...

I would like to paint the walls a pale beige with white on the woodwork.
We're looking at Benjamin Moore White Sand or Muslin for the walls. Any thoughts on a BM white fo either ofr those?
Do you think there will be enough contrast between white and White Sand or Muslin? I don't want to go any darker....

Any other suggestions gratefully appreciated! :)
