Hi everyone,
Well, it's grad student party time again. I have to make about 100 spirals (as well as a bunch of other 'easy to eat on a napkin' kind of stuff ) and due to my own bad planning, I have limited time. I'd like to make two or three different kinds but they have to be quick 'n'easy to make (not lots of chopping or other time-consuming stuff) and I'd like them to be pretty. What are some of your very best spiral ideas?
Also can I make them a day or two before and, if so, what's the best way to keep them fresh. And when's the best time to cut them -- right after you take them out of the fridge or later?
Thanks so much for your help.
