Best ever Banana Bread (Splenda)

1 cup butter or margarine
1 1/2 c. Splenda
3 cups mashed bananas (6 banana)
4 eggs (well beaten)
2 1/2 c flour
2tsp. Baking soda
1/2 tsp.salt
1-2 tsp nutmeg to taste.
Optional: 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries) 350 Oven preheated. 55-65 minutes. Bundt pan or two loaf pans. Lightly greased.
Cream butter, Splenda until fluffy, add eggs and beat well. Add dry ingredients and mix into wet, do NOT overmix. Cool 10 min. and remove from pans. Freezes very well.

This one fits all you asked for. I use sugar my friend used Splenda (diabetic)
Everyone who tastes it loves it. Leave out on the counter over night so it dries a little, then cover and refrigerate. let ccol just a short itme in the pan, like 10 min. so it does not sweat and go soggy.

is used here for diabetics. My diabetic friend uses this recipe. I use it and use sugar, the recipe originally said 2 cups sugar, but she and I found it too sweet. But you can use 2 cups sugar if you prefer.
