Go for pressure washing service which can be easily availed from an good and certified restoration company.
You may not need a pressure washer if you get a good jet nozzle for your hose. The one Lee Valley sells is better than any others I have tried and has a lot of power (I think they cost about $5). I knocked paint off concrete with one of those on my hose. There are also cleaners you can buy at hardware stores for stains if you need it but a good jet nozzle can be very helpful to blast stuff away. The ones that are on other 5 spray nozzles don't work nearly as well as the LV one.
Power washers I believe can be rented. I'd lend you mine, but you are a little far away!
