browning ground beef

Does anyone know how to make Sloppy Joes?
Every recipe I read simply says "brown ground beef in a pan...", but it doesn't tell you how to fry the ground beef so that it's not "clumpy".  Every time I brown ground beef, it ends up clumpy.
Is there a trick to getting it non-clumpy as shown in this picture:

I normally just fry the ground beef on the "3" temperature setting (out of 8) in BBQ sauce in a non-stick frying pan.  I also have a microwave oven.

I can't seem to post a picture in this forum.  If you simply highlight the URL of the picture, then hold down the Ctrl key and press "C" to copy it, and then go to the address bar and hold down the Ctrl key and press "V" to copy it into the address bar and press Enter, you'll see the picture I was trying to post.
