Does anyone know how to make Sloppy Joes?
Every recipe I read simply says "brown ground beef in a pan...", but it doesn't tell you how to fry the ground beef so that it's not "clumpy". Every time I brown ground beef, it ends up clumpy.
Is there a trick to getting it non-clumpy as shown in this picture:
I normally just fry the ground beef on the "3" temperature setting (out of 8) in BBQ sauce in a non-stick frying pan. I also have a microwave oven.
